Welcome to the Battleship Building<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Constructed in 1911, the Battleship Building was originally used as a warehouse and sale facility for J.I. Case Threshing Machine Company. Later known as \u201cCase,\u201d this company was a manufacturer of construction and agricultural equipment. The name of the building is derived from not only its unique design but also the riveted metal was collected from shipyards. In 1997, The Battleship building was divided into residential lofts with maintaining the first floor as office units.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The lofts are located on the second and third floors of the Battleship Building. Each loft offers its own unique design, floor plan and square footage. They range from true loft-style spaces to units with one to two bedrooms. There are large windows extending up to the ceiling to provide plenty of natural light. The shape of the building creates unique angles in some of the lofts. There is secured parking in a garage and additional parking in a gated lot behind the building. There is also a laundry facility in the garage area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
