    Neighborhood Launch is located at the corner of Fourth and Gay street<\/a> in downtown Columbus. The complex encompasses approximately nine city blocks, heading East towards the Columbus College of Art & Design. Made up of a variety of urban brownstones with a modern twist, the neighborhood definitely has a unique feel for the downtown Columbus area. When I’m walking through the area, I often get the feeling of being in Lincoln Park in Chicago. If you enjoy that type of atmosphere then these condos will definitely be something to look into. Another bonus is that many of the units still have a large portion of their 15-year tax abatement remaining.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Neighborhood Launch condos vary greatly in both size and price. Units can range from very small one-bedroom, 700 sq ft units, all the way to 2000+sq ft townhomes. Many of the townhomes still have a 15-year tax abatement, which makes them a great option for those wanting to live and work downtown affordably. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Area & Amenities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Within the development, you will find a variety of fountains, parks, and tree-lined streets. Many of the units feature balconies or private patios with secured parking. Neighborhood Launch is located just a stone’s throw away from the Gay St Corridor where you will find plenty of restaurants and shops. The Athletic Club of Columbus<\/a> is also only a few short blocks away. Being close to the Columbus College of Art & Design also offers quick access to a rapidly developing area in its own right, with coffee shops, a local grocery store, and other amenities within a few blocks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
