The Atrium Lofts are located at 106 NN High St, in downtown Columbus, Ohio. JC Penney was the former occupant of this building that was transformed into loft space along with a lot of downtown Columbus in the early 2000’s. The lofts are located between the Arena District and Capitol Square, they are also a short walk to areas like the Scioto Mile and the Short North. The 9 story building includes more than 40 residential units, and was originally dubbed “The Lofts at 106.”

The units were finished with cherry wood floors, high-end kitchens, and open living space. They also come in two distinct styles, lofts, and flats. Units along the front of the building have a view overlooking downtown Columbus, while units in the rear have an open atrium view, with floor-to-ceiling windows. While some may not like not having windows to view the outdoors, the view of iron beams and brick can be quite relaxing.
