Neighborhood Launch is located at the corner of Fourth and Gay street in downtown Columbus. The complex encompasses approximately nine city blocks, heading East towards the Columbus College of Art & Design. Made up of a variety of urban brownstones with a modern twist, the neighborhood definitely has a unique feel for the downtown Columbus area. When I’m walking through the area, I often get the feeling of being in Lincoln Park in Chicago. If you enjoy that type of atmosphere then these condos will definitely be something to look into. Another bonus is that many of the units still have a large portion of their 15-year tax abatement remaining.
