Located in the Uptown District, the Bruson Building Lofts won the prestigious American Architecture Award in 2007 for the best new building design in the USA. JBAD took an abandoned historical building and managed to turn it into a terrific 12-2story complex by adding an expansion to the side of the building. There are now 22 luxury residential condominiums that are individually owned.

Located near the booming High and Gay corridor, there is plenty to do in the area with much more on the way in the very near future. Nearby Gay St has a variety of restaurants and shops to choose from, along with a weekly farmers market in the warmer months. From the Bruson Building, you can also easily walk to the Arena District , Short North, and Capitol Square areas. If you are looking for a building that is in the middle of everything, the Bruson is definitely a great option.
