The two towers are located in the Arena District, a stone’s throw from Nationwide Arena, Huntington Park, and the new Crew Stadium. They also have incredible views of downtown Columbus and the Scioto Mile.
About Parks Edge
The final phase for Parks Edge was completed in the fall of 2021. Currently, there are two buildings, with one made up of 12 stories and 68 individual condo units. The other building is also twelve units but has 82 individual units. The complex does feature a rooftop pool and hot tub, with a generously sized sun deck. The units also do begin with a 15 year 100% property tax abatement.
There are several different price ranges and unit sizes to choose from. The first floor features unique, ground-level townhomes, while the units above can range between 1-3 bedrooms. They are also a pretty decent size for a downtown location, as the units offer 1500-3000 sq ft of living space. The initial sale of these units has gone anywhere from $400k to a million-plus. Occasionally you will find the units available for resale also.
