Located at 100 E Gay St, Carlyle’s Watch sits on the corner of E Gay and N 3rd St. This mostly glass building was constructed in 2007, has 9 floors, and 54 units in total. The building has a shared rooftop deck with amazing rooftop views. Each unit has its own washer/dryer, granite countertops, floor-to-ceiling windows, and hardwood floors. Occupants enjoy their own attached parking garage. The building also has first-level retail, which provides further amenities for the building.

The Condos
Many of the condos are availalbe for rent, but are mostly owner occupied at this time. Typical sale prices have ranged anywhere from $300,000 to $450,000 depending on size and location of the unit. Carlyles Watch condos range in size from 770 to 1550 sq ft. Unfortunately, at this point the tax abatement originally designated for the condo building has mostly expired with a few rare exceptions.
The Area
Located in the Gay St Corridor, there are a ton of nearby dining and shopping options, with more being developed by the day. The location also provides easy access to Capitol Square, the Scioto Mile riverfront, the Arena District, and the Short North.
